How do I create an account?

Open /register, enter your email address and a password, solve the captcha and select Create Account. Then open the confirmation link in the email you receive.

Before you start

  • Registration must be open on the Status Raptor instance you use. If it is closed, the page says so.
  • Your password has at least 8 characters, with an uppercase letter, a digit and a symbol.

Steps

  1. Open /register.
  2. Enter Email, Password and Confirm Password.
  3. Wait for the captcha to finish, then select Create Account.
  4. Open the email and follow the confirmation link.
  5. Sign in at /login.

Questions

I did not get the email. What now?

Check your spam folder. An unconfirmed account is deleted after 1 hour, so register again if the link has expired.

The page says success, but I already have an account. Is that a bug?

No. The page gives the same answer for every address so that nobody can test who has an account. Use Forgot password? on the sign-in page instead.
