Notes

  • Team members are not emailed about manual updates or incidents. The person posting already knows, and teammates see them on the dashboard.
  • Closing an incident sends the "Resolved" updates first, then the incident closed email.
  • Emails that are no longer timely are dropped instead of sent late: subscriber emails older than 15 minutes and account emails older than 2 hours.
  • Subscriber emails carry a personal unsubscribe link. Team emails for monitoring do not.
