How do I delete a monitor or an endpoint?

On the Monitoring or Endpoints tab, select Delete on the row and confirm. You need to be an OPERATIONS or ADMIN member.

What happens to monitors when I delete an endpoint?

They are deleted with it. The confirmation says so.
