What are the limits of FREE and PRO?

Does the plan belong to my account?
No. It belongs to each service, so one account can have a FREE and a PRO service.
What happens to my service if PRO ends?
Nothing is removed. Members above the new limit stay, a custom domain stops resolving, and monitors of types the plan does not include stop running. See plans and limits.
Can a limit be raised without PRO?
Platform operators can override limits for a single service.
